Whilst Hoghton Tower might try and portray itself as a place of peace and tranquillity idea for weddings the reality is quite different.

We hope this website gives anyone considering holding a wedding at Hoghton Tower second thoughts.

Please look at how the ducks were treated at the shoot. Look at how the Hoghton Tower shoot staff trapped two females down a path resulting in the police being called. Look at the text messages sent by a proud shooter of ducks at Hoghton Tower and not forgetting care worker fights to save his job.

Sadly this is the reality of Hoghton Tower today. There are plenty of historical venues in Lancashire that hold weddings and receptions but are also wildlife friendly.
