According to a Hoghton Tower shoot gamekeeper, we are "quite used to dealing with the public." Below is one example of how a member fo the public was dealt with:

Despite the threat being captured on video, the police chose not to act. This becomes a recurring theme with any complaint against Hoghton Tower shoot staff or shoot members.
